I think he will, he’s on pace for 97, but his remaining schedule is really favorable. He has 17 assists in 15 games (1.13 assists per game) against the 6 opponents left on his schedule, and some really bad defenses mixed in there. Tampa is also clearly committed to him in the Art Ross race, Habs had their goalie pulled for 2:42 last night and Kucherov played every second of that until he got another point.

That’s wild that 87 was the record. I thought it would be higher. I like when records can be beat and this one will be beat by a lot. Some of them are impossible. Especially records set when the goalies were doing those break dance looking saves.
