My prayers are with the Jenners. I have been through it and it’s the most horrible feeling.
First time from my memory we have had a big line brawl to start the game at that magnitude since the one between Calgary and Vancouver a few years back (Bob Hartley and Torts were the head coaches at the time, think Torts tried to challenge Hartley to a showdown outside the Flames dressing room during intermission, but the Flames players kept them apart).
I wouldn't blame Jenner if he elected to sit out the rest of the season. There's only 15 days left, the Jackets were eliminated from playoff contention about a couple weeks ago, so there is really no need for Jenner to come back for any of the remaining 7 games unless he needed to. This gives one of their prospects a chance to show his skill for the remainder of the season.
Koneckny makes sense but Deslaurier? Habs doesn't need him, who cares if he's french canadian, habs already spent to much time in the penalty box!
are you trying to ruin and pull apart the flyers…..leave travis konechny alone..tk is philly material…..starting those cheap rumours may end up a reality so leave travis alone….he's just been named assistant captain should have been named captain either him or owen tippet actually..

If I were Philly, I might turn this down as you are giving up a 30 goal young forward for prospects and a older non scoring player in Anderson.
TSN is owned by Bell, which is worth more than Rogers. They shouldn't have too much trouble buying the rights.
Why would the Flyers accept nothing for Konecny? They would be better off holding on to him, let him score another 30 goals then trading him at the deadline for assets they could use.

Konecny Is a point a game player and Deslaurier is a goon. No first round picks to be traded. Third round Pick. Struble and Beck would be fine. I'd Move Harris or Barron?

Have do not trade Owen beck for this. Not going to happen. Beck is the best of his kind the Habs have had since guy carbo. He means more to the have right now then they’d ever get back in a trade. Once he hits the nhl that will change but there’s no way they trade him now like this. Unless they package him to move up in the draft or to pick up a major scorer he’s not going anywhere.
