  1. Not a Blues fan, but I was last night just to see her get a chance to kiss that Cup. AWESOME!! Way to go Laila…you touched all our hearts. And to Colton Parayko…CLASS ACT!! To think of her and to share the greatest moment of your professional life was truly heart warming. You are legend! Great stuff!

  2. I don't watch hockey, but I happened to see a feature on this girl. That player is a class act…he could have been celebrating and going all out with his teammates, but he took the time to make sure she had a moment too.

  3. Congratulations St. Louis blues and the people and the city of saint Louis you guys deserve this well deserved hey Ivan Barbashev bring that Stanley cup to Moncton NB baby I want to see this bad boy

  4. as much as it hurt to watch the bruins lose, this makes up for it. what a great story, she deserves to hoist that cup

  5. That is so damn precious; those big sweaters they wear are filled with even bigger hearts. 💙💙💙

  6. My mom, dad, and I were at Enterprise Center Watch-party. At the time I was 13 but now I’m 15 as a freshman in high-school ( almost in 10th) but I dropped to the floor crying. Enterprise center workers were standing with us in the handicapped section since my dad has no legs due to an illness. “ I don’t let the little things in life slow me down ” So, Yeah. They can NEVER take away the Stanley cup from us, that memory and our name sketched on it will forever be ours! 💙 LGB 💛

When they scored with 7.9 seconds in the period the whole enterprise center went insane!

  7. One of the greatest stories in sports. Whenever these events are linked to a child or children dealing with life threatening illness it brings it all to where it should always be. All the other stuff is great to be sure but when a team embraces someone the way the Blues embraced Laila it is magical.
