My dream is that he stays at least for two more seasons to try and win everything with leverkusen and improve his game.
There is a sizable chance that he stays , not only because he seems smart , patient and trying to take his time and getting better first before moving on to the next challenge , BUT also because the direction of the team seems to be building a pretty coherent and exciting project… Don't forget , Alonso is not the only reason leverkusen is amazing this season , the transfers made by the sporting director and co. are excelent , they are the ones responsible for the quality of the squad and chosing Alonso himself despite his lack of experience or a great track record , they are doing an excelent job at scouting and signing.
