So how do we honestly feel about the first round matchup with the leafs?? I think we beat them…but not as confident as I would like to be tbh

  2. Imaginary-Scheme-203

Win or lose, I’m so glad we have the boys back.

  3. the_sylince

No bite, no drive after the first. Another practicing an L

Even though we lost I think we good.

No 3v3’s in the playoffs, and we played a solid 60. I like our chances for a round 2 against Boston.

Decent game, good to see we’re good to hang around with Boston without Ekblad and Swaggy. Fine with a point. If we meet again in the playoffs, maybe Boston winning all 4 against us will get them cocky again like last year… and we surprise them again. Wishful thinking.

  6. No killer instinct in this game. This was a game they played well enough to keep up.

  7. CorruptedReaction

Nothing to stress about with this one. Kinda shitty 3 on 3 play but that’s novelty hockey anyways and frankly I’d rather play Toronto than Tampa bay any day of the week (ideally Boston takes 1st place in the east and Tampa ends up in the metro)

  8. StudyEastern

Let Boston and Tampa blow each other. Bring on the Leafs

  9. KnightroZaxby

No need to overreact to this one. Bring us to 4/20 and let it rip

Sucks that almost every game we’ve played Boston this season has been close but we can’t ever close the games out. Tough loss but played well. Still like our chances vs Boston in the playoffs

Annoying loss, especially cause of the regular season OT rules, but it was a decent game.

  12. We are getting back to our game. No Ekblad and no verhaeghe, not worried at all. 3v3 OT can go either way. And now we likely avoid Vasilevskiy in round 1

Barkov is on fire and Tkachuk is starting to heat up again, our defense has (mostly, besides OEL) strung a couple good games together for the first time in a while, Bob looking great

And Swaggy and Ekblad will come back for the playoffs

Pleased with this game and looking forward to the next one

Well that OT was a hot mess… Playing better than we were at the beginning of the week though.

10th game in 17 days. Oh well. Boys come home rest up and finish out regular season on a home stand.

I’m going to watch highlights of the Pooins colossal downfall last year to cheer me up

  15. I would have been happy with them losing in regulation if it meant Charlie Mcavoy getting his ass kicked.  Hopefully we see them in the playoffs. I think the only reason he didn’t get his comeuppance is we couldn’t afford the penalty in the 3rd.

Feeling better about how they’re playing. I’m sure they’ll be fine for playoffs and hopefully no Tampa in round 1. Can’t complain

  17. Margin4Error

Obviously would love to get the win today but an OT point is fine with Ekblad and Playboi Carter out. We looked good for late-season, shitty officiating aside.

I’ll keep saying it, everyone is 0-0 come the 20th. This game means jack.

Let’s enjoy the last few reg season games before the real anxiety starts!

The Panthers were rolling us over all through the third. If this is Florida with some key injuries, I’d really not want to face them in the playoffs. You showed that last year already.

    GG’s to you all!
