We are spoiled as Pens fans. Two HOF'ers are once again guiding this team towards this post seasons. Fuck the big seasons of the other players, these men have given us three Stanley Cups, and are driving another run, and it's beautiful.
as a canucks fan, and as a canadian, I love crosby. Hes probably in my TOP 3 favorite current players. When he was drafted, he was the "next one". Can we all agree that he lived up to his hype? and crosby was definately and top 5 pick from the 2000's

When the games matter the absolute most, when the pressure is at its highest, that's when Crosby has always shined the most. He is still the best player of the last 25 years. What this guy did during the garbage trap era, the world championships, the olympics, and continues to do now in his twilight years, continues to impress.
If you don't give Crosby the accolades he deserves, well, you are the problem. There's a very good reason that Crosby is McDavid's idol. Well deserved.

As a Pens fan, since the mid-80s, we fans have been so blessed to have the team draft four of the all-time greats. Had it not been for the Jagr trade, they never would have been in a position for the lottery draft that got them Crosby. And, Geno, who had been drafted the year before, would, most likely, have stayed in the KHL.
Thats right. Shittsburgh deserves them both. They would never ever survive in this town
