This team is more cooked than the well done sausage I had this morning. Unfortunately most of our fanbase wears rose colored glasses and can't see the gaping holes with this team. Unable to play a full 60, can't close out games, 3-9 through the last 12. These aren't good stats, and will come back to bite us come round 1
As long as the Panthers win 3/4 of there home games and The Leafs to win enough to keep 3rd place away from Tampa Bay. I think the Panthers will be okay no worries here
toronto eliminated TB last year, and this year theyre taking us out. not a real contender this year i fear
I don't know why, but I was hoping Tampa could try to get third place in the division now that we're guaranteed to make the playoffs. Instead I watched Tampa coasting while the Penguins fought like hell to get their two points. At this point I think it's safe to assume Tampa will go into the playoffs as a wildcard and hopefully getting the momentum they need to win rounds. I don't like the feeling of them coasting along the last few weeks. It makes them rusty.
I agree, I'm just frustrated because it's Boston I guess.
There’s no 3 on 3 in the Playoffs, good showing by the boys with No Verhaeghe and Ekblad. I am happy that Tarasenko is settling in in that LW spot on line 1 with Barkov. Please for the love of God that Cosuins/Bennett/Tkachuk never gets broken up.

The amount of pessimistic fans saying we’re cooked is unreal. Revisit in two weeks to see how we look against Toronto/Tampa. Right now we’re in siesta mode because PoMo’s style for winning demands full go. We’ve been playing 1/2 go for a little less than a month and fans are worrying this team lost everything it had early. Quite the contrary, I would rather have teams look the other way and point at what we’re doing now and think this is who they’re gunna play vs what we may see on the ice come 4/20. The guys know what the goal is, I can’t speak for the team but I don’t think they want to play at full go for risk of burnout or injury. If this carries over to being down 0-2 or 0-3 then the pessimists can speak but rn is way too early when not a single playoff game has been played. Sit back, relax, and watch us not play a full effort these next 4 games especially these next three against teams essentially cooked.
All the debbie downers and doubters should do themselves a solid and leave. You clowns are whats wrong with being fans of any sport. If you cant handle things when its bleak then you dont deserve the glowing, glory days to come.
