that second period was a bad period. that sustained dzone for calgary took about 5 years off my life. also, love that the kings beat Vancouver tonight. so # points back on vancouver and 6 points up now on the kings!! I am looking forward to seeing mcdavid hit 100 assists at home! also sending positive vibes that he hits his 1000th point before seasons end!! anyone else think he will do that?

How about those undisciplined penalties from Vinny, Leon and Kane! Impressive 16 year old childish retaliation penalties. Zach Hyman retaliated against Markstrom but just didn’t get called. With 5 games left can this team get it together for the playoffs?
First Kane should have not seen another shift in the second after taking long list of unnecessary penalties and good on Perry for ripping Kane a new one as Kane is becoming a player where pucks go to die he has sucked the life out of every line he’s played on most of the year both Leon and Connor have seen their numbers decline when they have been paired with Kane
They look like a tired team suffering an emotional letdown after the Colorado game. But they got the W when they easily could have not shown up at all. Kane looks lost and pouty about not playing in the top 6. I Iike him but his attitude needs to change fast. Otherwise call Holloway up and sit Kane.
Its very very strange that a player like mcdavid was so unbelivebel good in the game against colorado for god sake he should have been doing atlest 4 goals and 4 assists that game he was just do unbelivebel good so i couldnt hardly Belive my yese and now against calgary how dont have anything to play for he was passing the puck like a 6 years old boy and i think he had 1 shoot on goal lllooolll i just hate when he is passing The puck 1 or 2 time to much like when he and hyman was solo whit markström he just refuses to shoot that damn puck for god sake 😢😢😢😢
Great commentary, Patrick. The only downside (apart from the minor spat between Kane and Perry and Hyman's bruised foot) was the 2 undisciplined penalties taken by the Oilers although I'm sure the coaching staff will take measures to address this issue. However, the good is much more pronounced. Although there could have been a better effort from the Oilers, they still had a lot more in their tank versus the Flames. Moreover, a key to their success is the fact that all 4 lines played well and this will be vital during the playoffs. And, one more important point. The Oilers are blessed with depth from their AHL affiliate in Bakersfield whereby several players on the Condor's roster could easily blend into the Oilers roster if and whenever needed. GO OILERS!!
Patrick, you've had plenty of doubt in Calvin Pickard this year. He won this game for the Oilers and it was your chance to point it out, however…..Crickets?

calgary players were playing for next year and still lost. Shsrangovich is cslgsrys version of a franchise player.
