Jesperi Kotkaniemi as a repeat offender – How Tough Call goes harder
Jesperi Kotkaniemi was fined $5,0000.00 for a recent elbow to the head of Joel Hanley. Under the Tough Call system he’d have already been a repeat offender for a similar offence in last year’s playoffs.
Is that the only clip of the $5000 fined elbow? Launch? On the second one? Launch? You must really dislike KK. It looks like he totally missed on the first one. Missed again on the second one but gotta little tap in there.
I agree. Reckless and obviously dangerous (intent to injure, has nothing to do with "checking") play needs to be punished severely so players don't do it in the first place.

Man, tough call really is tough. Can't say I'd hate it – players would quickly learn to play physical but with care
