Not to be over dramatic but I’d take a bullet for this team
we need 5 points in 4 games to avoid Tampa in the first round. Don’t get me wrong, Any team can lose any series any year…but man, Tampa is a tough out and I just feel with their experience and talent, they’d be a much scarier team to face in the first round.
We always struggle against Montreal so this come from behind win was extra sweet.
Nevermind getting the points, but just heading into the playoffs with a few wins would be good momentum. LGR.
Two wins away from the President’s Trophy and home ice advantage throughout the playoffs, and the most points in Rangers franchise history.
LGR!!
If the Rangers finish the year with 5 points in their last 4 games(2-1-1) they clinch the top seed in the east.
Vinny Gabbagool is amazing. Deserved the award

“You can bury the Flyers if their not even buried”-Vally 💀💀💀
Kreider scoring the go ahead goal for the lead we never let go vs Montreal of all teams is so funny to me
“Jacob Trouba wants to win the Stanley Cup”
Damn fuckin right
Yankees/Knicks/Rangers all win today! Thus successfully distracting me from my colonoscopy prep for tomorrow!
lol and people who are obviously much more knowledgeable on the topic were saying Mika and Kreider are detriments to the team
Doomers aside, this is a magical year. Anyone who thinks this team isn’t capable of winning it all or this isn’t one of the best Rangers teams in the last 30 years needs to get their head examined.

If Chytil comes back, is there any chance we could keep Wennberg from a cap hit perspective and would we? I think we should we would be pretty sick up the middle 1-4
I turned my southern born and raised/not into sports bestie into a rangers fan this weekend. Took her to the local minor league game yesterday, explained the rules… was an exciting game. Then after the game I showed her the line brawl and spent like an hour and a half telling her the history of the rangers/ rangers versus devils/ the Stanley cup playoffs in general – it involved YouTube videos. And tonight she just texted me that she is a fan, she sought out and watched tonight’s game on her own, and she wants a Rangers hat for her bday in a few weeks. It’s wild bc she’s went to the Bread 4 goal game in Carolina WITH ME and had a blast, she’s watched numerous games with me and my husband at my house and had fun… but Rempe and the line brawl solidified her to be like this is my team. I want merch. I’m watching them on my own time. And I’m coming over for every playoff game.
Before my review I’ll give a scary fact. 10 years ago when the Rangers played the Habs in the ECF and the tripping incident occurred, guess who was a Habs assistant for that year? >!Gerard Gallant!<
Scary
Laf is tied for 16th in the league in EVP
Man wennberg just doesn’t make mistakes. I’ve never seen him do anything bad with the puck.
When everybody is clicking (that’s the key), I currently have them 4th of the 5 teams that made recent deep runs. But they probably have the most upside and unrealized potential if they go full bore in the playoffs.

I was at the garden tonight. Sloppy at the first period, but a decent second period and a fantastic third! I got video of kreiders PP goal surpassing Mr Rangers! I’ll be back for round 1 game 2! LGR!!!!!!
Why didn’t Roslovic play tonight?
Lafreniere is so fucking good man, he had a play where he made a move at the blue line and made a behind the back pass to Kakko that was unreal. Our boy is growing up before our eyes and it’s so awesome to see.
I’m heading to UBS to represent our boys on Tuesday! LFGR!
Go rangers!
This was a game where the Rangers took control of a bad team and every line played well enough to get the win. On a night where an award for Extra Effort was given out, it took a whole team effort to get the win tonight. This episode of Rangers Hockey: *Poutine still sucks Part Deux,* the big boys showed up against a team that played last night, and took advantage of that. And away we go for the review.
1st Period: As stated, the Habs played the loser Leafs and lost to those losers and the Habs knew, that they were playing out the stretch. But, the Rangers, from what I saw in the o-zone is that they were dialed in. So was the Habs goalie Primeau. And yes, at some points in this game, I thought this team was gonna get goalied. Let’s be honest, the Rangers will likely play a goalie that’s lights out in the playoffs at some point. Just hope, it doesnt happen. Igor made saves. But, the Rangers gave up a goal late. Can’t happen going forward at all.
2nd Period: Rangers started the period killing the Habs power play. Huge. Primeau kept making saves. Seemed like it wasn’t going to be their night and a trap game was going to occur. But Rangers got a power play. Joe asked for a deflection, and it happened. Well, off a habs dman. Mika w/ the shot and the Power Play goal! they broke through. Mika all night was Mika. The Rangers could have put them away here. But they didnt.
3rd Period: The Rangers took full control this period. Special teams was key. Everyone contributed. But, they finally took the lead that kept them in the lead the rest of the game. Kreids who continues to OWN the Habs from his office tip in front. Christopher James Kreider, It’s a power play goal! Oh and the Rangers continued after. Off the rush pass from Bread, Schneids, to Laf, to Bread in the middle, and Bread’s amazing season continues. Oh and the Habs scored a goal. Rangers forechecking was amazing. That Sick Individual found Mika for a beauty of a goal. And Laf got the empty netter to cap it off.
Eventually this was a game where the Rangers finally took over. Took advantage of a team playing out the stretch. It was another win! A Ranger Win! Rangers lead still holds over the Canes and Bruins. Big win! and now, onto… oh, THOSE FUCKS, The Fishsticks. A playoff atmosphere game. Positive Vibes continue. Onto the Fishsticks
Rangers Oppie reached out and said “Kreider was tripped(in French)” “Take in the Sheets.” “Two points in the bag.”
Good Win. Onto the Fishsticks.
God Save the King. Back afta dis.
