Marvin Harrison Jr. vs. Malik Nabers: Here’s Who Is Better.
Marvin Harrison Jr. and Malik Nabers are in a battle for WR1 in the 2024 NFL draft, and today we will determine who between them is better. Harrison Jr. hails from The Ohio State University and is the easy choice; he is tall, fast, strong, and has put up prolific stats, however, LSU’s Malik Nabers has everything it takes to dethrone him come draft day. Nabers has rare movement ability, an endless highlight reel of long explosive catches, and in my opinion more high-end potential, despite having a lower floor. Who is going to be WR1 come draft day? This week’s episode uses the coaches all 22 to analyze the Ohio State Buckeyes Wide Receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. and LSU’s Wide Receiver Malik Nabers as they prepare for the 2024 NFL draft.

Give me your elevator pitch on whether you think Nabers or Harrison Jr. is the WR1.
malik nabers is way more explosive and will be a better receiver in the nfl
MHJ is by far the most overrated player in the draft. He is all media hype and was the 4th best WR in college football last year
Nabers better
By the film, Harrison Jr. looks NFL ready. Nabers needs work on technique
That’s easy. Malik Nabers is far and away the best WR in the entire country this year. He simply is. He led the country in yards after catch, yards after contact, broken tackles, and was second in yards. Harrison had 5 broken tackles this year. Nabers had 33. The only WR even close to him was Brian Thomas Jr with 11. In fact the o my other WR in this class that’s even close to Nabers is his teammate Brian Thomas Jr. Nabers is a top 5 pick and Thomas is easily a top 15 pick maybe top 10. Harrison isn’t a top 20 pick in my opinion. He is a 1st round pick but after pick 20.
Great video its so funny I made a list of NFL comps for some of the top draft prospects and for Nabers I literally had skinny AJ Brown. Glad I was on to something there! For the record I had Harrison as bigger CeeDee Lamb.
This is like the AJ Green, Julio situation in 2011. Except Julio was like 6'5
That one number. Missed tackles. Harrison 5. Nabers 30. Those 2 numbers tell you all you need to know about these guys. Nabers is the best WR in America in collegiate sports and it not even that close.
Lol you don’t know what the hell you are talking about. If you watch these 2 guys and come to the conclusion that Harrison is better than Nabers then you must be an Ohio State fan is all I can say because you are dead wrong. And I’m not watching this crap anymore because that’s what it is crap.
I hope the giants get a shot at either 1
LSU Receivers always pan out, Malik will have a better NFL career the first 3 years.
No disrespect to Malik but this isn’t even a question
Odunje # 1
Marv is skill paired with size, has arguably the best hands and route running ability in the class (only person in the discussion on that is Ladd) and he’s already filled out his frame. Malik is an incredible talent but Marv is the definition of the term generational
I prefer Nabers he does everything as wr to me Marvin doesn’t separate well he high points everything he’s more of a one trick pony .
can we get an odunze breakdown?
Please pick one of them Patriots 🥲
Nabers will be the first receiver off the board
Harrison is more polished and has a higher floor than Nabors …but I would still choose Nabors because of his 'Tyreek Hill' type explosiveness … He will get even better … I think Nabors has more upside a few years from now.
So this is basically Justin Jefferson vs. JaMar Chase. Who would you rather have?
Rome Odunze
ODUNZE BETTER
8:15 "create more separation than Madame Webb and 'good'" 🤣🤣🤣
Nabors is not NEARLY as rough and unpolished as this guy is saying. That's very exaggerated, just creating a narrative. But his final assessment of Nabors having higher potential is spot on, and high lighting Nabors' movement ability is also correct. What he neglected to high light is Nabors' speed out of his break, WHICH IS PHENOMENAL, and is the single most important skill/quality a receiver in the NFL can have, because it's the greatest skill that creates separation, gets you open, and creates YAC all at the same time, and also makes your QB's job MUCH easier as he gets to throw to a receiver who is WIDE AZZ OPEN as opposed to throwing contested balls in tight windows. Nabors is not nearly as "risky" and "unpolished" as this guy is saying, and saying Nabors "can't" play the X position is just nonsense.
Imagine the bengals trade tee higgins to move up in draft and select one of these guys to put with burrow and chase
What y'all think? If harrison and chase were in the same draft, who is off the board first?
If the Titans take him watch out OMG D Hop, and Ridley on the outside with Nabers in the slot. Now that would be some firepower.
Brian thomas jr the best in the draft dont sleep on him @patriots
Nabers plays in the SEC and Harrison plays in the Big 10. The talent in the SEC is just better..
Does anyone not see nabers giving up on routes and bad hustle or is it just me? Seems like a lot talent but doesn’t hustle
Chargers fan here…ill trade with Minnesota, draft Brock Bowers and the best available DT. Grab a RB in rd2.
PS, I enjoy your videos!
Nabers had a heisman winning QB
MHJ had a trash QB who had to transfer bc he was going to be benched
Turned it off at "Malik is raw". Sorry brother but if you're going to fake it until you make it, at least avoid the obvious pitfalls. MALIK NABERS is one of the more refined receivers in this class (alongside Odunze and Harrison).
Great video well done
Rome Odunze
Both are overrated
Great breakdown
as a cardinal fan im drooling at the fact we are gonna have one of these 2 for the next decade 🤤
Nabers and JA17 LFG
I'd have to go with Malik has Some Elite Speed need to see what his virtual Jump is at in the columbine
Draft class remind me of 2014
Odell, Evan’s, davante, cooks
MHJ is by far better. And obviously he doesn't have to perform any drills to show how athletic he is. He does all of his performing in real games against real competition.
