Alexander Georgiev, Zach Parise, & Jared Bednar Press Conference after Colorado Avalanche 7-4 Loss to Rival Dallas Stars. Alexander Georgiev said, “We have to take it one game at a time right now.” Despite the result, Zach Parise is not concerned about the team moving forward. Jared Bednar said, “The quality and quantity (of) defending breakdowns that we had – we did some dumb stuff today.”

  1. Frustrating let me think – 14 goals in 2 games isn't great.
    I really think that 4-minute penalty because Benn sold the refs, probably because he bit his lip for blood. Great diving on his part. I never saw the Makar penalty on Benn go figure.

Gonna be WPG now…beat Minny,& WPG & youll have home ice in that series-either wrapped up or almost wrapped up-going into at Vegas,& home to Edmonton…it's that simple.WPG plays at Nashville,& Dallas before coming here Saturday. If they only get say 2pts in those 2 games,& we beat Minny-2pts on Saturday vs WPG would do it I believe.Avs can win or lose as any seed…but being #2 instead of #3 is a bit important.

  3. Avs were horrible defensively for sure…but Georgiev still gave up 6 goals. He isn’t good at all, and bednar is clearly trying to keep his confidence up going to the playoffs, despite how bad georgiev is playing.
