  1. Sorry ladies, when the attacking team has the puck no referee should call the play dead!!!! You keep attacking until you score or until the team with the injured player has control of the puck. That's all there is to it. This is not soccer!!

  2. The announcer of the first one should have been fired. So unprofessional to keep giving a play by play and calling it an opportunity for the Canuck’s. What a piece of shit

  3. You could tell Vancouver felt bad about that goal. As soon as Calvert got hit, that player raided his arm to signal he was hurt. And then after the goal none of the players celebrated. They understood and were classy about it.

  4. I mean..I'm not for players getting injured…but if it's not a dirty hit, or a penalty then there is no reason to stop play until the injured players team touches the puck.
Its not the opposing teams fault the player got injured.
Now the Hughes play…blatant high stick…should been called. How it wasn't…horrible.

Look at football(soccer) teams have to play for mins at points while a mate is down until they can control the ball. Same in baseball if a fielder gets injured while there's a live ball…the game doesn't just stop..it goes on until the end of play.
I don't retract this at all for goalies…unless again interfered with or helmet comes off.

  5. Zach Werenski vs. the Pens in 2017 First Round Game 3, I believe. Kessel’s shot got him in the face, there was blood on the ice, play continued and the Pens got the goal. Werenski fractured multiple bones in his face too.

  6. i was at that canucks game in the first clip, it was hard to watch but huge props to petey for prioritizing Calvert's health over the comeback effort

  7. Refs are so quick to stop a fight. But when a player gets hurt during play and doesn’t stop the play. Something isn’t adding up to me.

  8. I'm aware these injuries most likely happened a while ago (weeks to months to years), especially the Kelly Hrudey injury. However, I hope the players were still able to make a full recovery in the end.

  9. There were just too many players flopping during high momentum for the opposition, it was making players mad and the fans too. As far as i know the players prefer it this way

  10. And the oilers were still getting smoked even with the cheat goal lmao edmonton relocate already then someone will want to play for you sorry organization

  11. Yeah, I understand it is a dangerous sport but when you get to the extent of THE PURGE you have to start taking some responsibility for careless actions!

  13. Blues announcers are garbage and disrespectful every year. No wonder the blues are becoming one of the hated teams in the nhl lol. Binnington was an add on lol
