I understand that his play was poor earlier this season, but hopefully this is the reminder for many fans to lay off when players go through slumps- especially goalies. Mindset is so very important. Im sure we all can relate to having ups and downs. Good on Sammy for bouncing back!

I’m so proud of Sammy. I honestly thought his season was coming to an end but it looked like all he needed was a Ctrl+Alt+Delete and came back better than ever, and has been making game stealing saves time and time again. What a redemption arc!
