Huge game and they played 3 periods like nothing mattered. Not looking like we are getting out of the 1st round this year.
They need to start breaking the puck out of the zone faster Nashville and Montreal did It in every game against them attack with speed forced them to turn it over

Good for colorado shows the goaltending sucks and winnipeg is ready for them first round exit again for avs.
I am an avs fan but the goaltending has always been a sore spot.
First game in 20 years I have been able to watch in ball arena/pepsi center…. Kinda made me feel like a bad luck charm sad to see that effort

Only way Avs win this series is if Mac and Mak go to beast mode. We cannot certainly rely on the goaltending.

I'm going to say something I thought I would never say. Does the Avs have a coaching issue. Bednar has been doing a terrible job holding the players accountable. Maybe the passion is gone after the Avs won the cup. Today was a brutal game, every player deserved the booing the fans gave them. I even left early which is something I don't do. If they play like they did today they won't get past the 1st round. And they would actually deserve it. Too many passengers. I'm actually sick at what I saw on the Avs bench not one player cared Again with the stupid penalties. A big thanks to Colton. MacKinnon and Makar was awful. I would love if someone could tell me I'm wrong.

Jets fan here McKinnon, Makar and Rantanen are in a completely different tier than anyone on the Jets, the blue line on the Avs is better than the Jets. Jets have the best goaltending in the NHL and the deepest forward group (Perfetti, Kupari and a forward that played today will be scratches). Should be a good series McKinnon terrifies me.
