God I love these videos
Didn't Ali defend the title against Dunn in Germany?
Ali was on a rampage
Eddie Machen is a contender I have overlooked for too long
Defending the heavyweight championship 4 times is unheard of in todays times
Is it just me or did sonny liston fsll off after the muhammad ali fights not bc he lost but the only noticeable fights he had after that was zech Lincoln Martin and Chuck wepner
What an incredible journey back in time to the heavyweight boxing scene of 1966! This video captures the essence of an era where giants roamed the ring, showcasing raw power, skill, and sheer determination. Witnessing legends like Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier in their prime is truly awe-inspiring. It's a testament to the enduring legacy of these athletes and the unforgettable moments they created in the sport. Thanks for sharing this nostalgic and captivating piece of boxing history!
What would a time look like if muhammad ail never existed
Notes: Jerry Quarry was the first legitimate rising "White American" contender since Rocky Marciano [No Racial Bigotry just noticed it]….. If Frazier-Bonavena I had been scored on the 10 pt must System, Frazier would've Lost….. Ali vs Mildenberger was the closest thing to what it would've looked like in real life Creed vs Rocky…. Muhammad Ali was at his peak performance, but his Prime hadn't quite been reached: SCARY!!!!
These were the days when fighters would enter the ring without gloves, its strange seeing guys get in the ring with wrapped hands only.
Dick wipper what a name
Loving your coverage of the 60s good Sir.
Muhammad Ali in 1966 was perfection, pure perfection.
Sooooo good that the Ring saw sense and retrospectively awarded Muhammad Ali the Ring FOTY for 1966.
Thanks for the 60’s timelines!
That story about Jerry Quarry & Joey Orbillo is crazy
I love these historian channels existing! The sport is in good hands.
❤❤❤❤😊
Muhammad ali been on a tear in the past couple years but that joe frazier guy is making more of a name for himself well he stop the greatest and become the champion like he ssids he will
If it went to the boards right then and there who would have won Cooper or ail first fight
