Belichick has just one problem – the last 4 seasons. I think he's getting looked at as unsuccessful without Tom Brady. Vrabel on the other hand should be a solid hire.

There’s no way Atlanta or Seattle hires or attempts to hire Bill because he ripped their hearts out and their chance at a Super Bowl! This freaking matters, the pain is evident no matter what knuckle head thinks differently!
This dude needs to get off his knees and stop chugging Bills hog. Look at his record without Tom. It's terrible. And that's on top of one of the worst draft records as a GM. Tom proved it was him in Tampa. It's not shocking teams don't want to turn the entire franchise over to a guy whose proven he can't with without Brady and he can't draft talent to save his life
Vrabel will likely take a season or two off, fully paid, and take his time making his next move. It makes the most sense because he's getting paid to shop, and doesn't want a rebuild. Old school, new school, whatever you want to call it, he's a determined winner and wants a Super Bowl. He's a top tier coach who somehow found ways to be competitive with subpar talent in TN. Ask coaches like Andy Reid about that. And his GM's didn't do him any favors, case in point is the AJ Brown trade. Meanwhile, Callahan will likely do a decent job, but it's going to take both time and money to make TN Titans a deep playoff team. My guess is that Vrabel will lead a team there quicker than the Titans, even if he takes off a season or two. The Titans succeeded in changing their management culture, but they didn't get an upgrade in HC talent. That's not a knock on Callahan, just telling it the way it is. Time will tell.

Please STOP pretending Bill would be a great hire anywhere in the league. Sure, he was a great coach. But he’s very old and has had multiple terrible seasons back to back. It’s reasonable to not want to take a chance on a guy that at worst may be washed up and AT BEST could give you a few decent years of football before he retires or passes away on the job, then you have to do the whole search all over again after letting him remake your program in his image. It’s stupid. I’m not surprised few or no teams are interested.

Analytics are at play. You cant just run run pass punt anymore! Them dudes don't like technology and analytics and sports science. Not to mention, they dont move TF outta the way to give MINORTITY younger coaches a chance to move up!
Bill lost his fire he needs someone with the competitive edge like brady to inspire him again. There were times when brady actually challenged him intellectually. Steel sharpens steel

What about Bill Belichick in the last 5 years makes anyone want to hire him? Nothing. He let Tom Brady go because he thought he could do better. He wouldn't allow a real GM to work on things because he had to have HIS guys. And low key the real reason nobody wants bill is they don't want his kids who are not regarded well as coaches.

Vrabel is so overrated it makes me laugh how many fans want him. It's funny to me they dont care for Arthur Smith when he is the same exact conservative to a fault coach as Vrabel. the NFL has passed both of them by, maybe even Belichek, but i got faith in him still. Bill at least can coach a pass game while Vrabel has no clue and won't even try.
