The Vegas Golden Knights are adding another hefty contract to their roster, this time with defenseman Noah Hanifin signing on for an eight-year deal worth $7.35 million annually. This move pushes the count to eight players earning $5 million or more next season, with seven of them locked in for multiple years. In total, the Golden Knights will allocate $42.5 million to key players like Jack Eichel, Mark Stone, Alex Pietrangelo, Tomas Hertl, and now Hanifin. #nhlhighlights #hockeyhighlights #hockey #nhl

Every team would want someone like Theodore. $5.8M. One year.
when r they not anyways
it isn't fair how teams have to compete with each other when it comes to their area of taxation laws. Canada should just say, 10% flat tax on NHL hockey players just to attract top end talent. Canada's taxes are crazy with income tax, property tax, carbon tax, sales tax. It's over 60% taxes at that rate.
All Vegas has to do is put a couple players on LTIR and magically they're under the cap.
See thats how it works.
That contract is the stupidest signing since Vancouver signed Erickson. Insane.
seems like some more players are gonna end up on the ltir lol
They can cheat their way out of it I'm sure
Someone needs to offer sheet anyone else they try to sign. They won't be able to match it.
FYI, audio seemed a bit low
