Doesn’t really feel like it’s Dubois place to make a gesture like that after he forced his exit the way he did.
Just let the Jackets and Elvis honor Matiss. Call me cynical, but I think this is more about Dubois putting the attention on himself than anything. How is changing his number doing anything to honor Matiss? Its virtue signaling. It’s for himself.
