All the more reason to move the draft age to 19. Very few 18 year old's play even a single game in the NHL, and those that do very, very, very few of then have any impact.
May be every team can only draft one 18 year old per year. This would also give teams a better gauge on who they are drafting.
LEGO rocks I got to believe that his debut in an NHL game he's going to be nervous this is the NHL this is the top I don't think he's going to impress as much as people think I think he's going to have to adapt The speed of the game is faster in the NHL we'll see I'm looking forward to him making a impact but too much hype isn't good sets everybody's expectations so high college is not the same as the NHL That's all I'm saying
I would say that Caufield's arrival was more hyped than Hutson. Does not mean Hutson is not hyped AF though. Caufield WAS the scorer we did not have in decades AND he just won the Hobey Baker… I know I have not been excited by a prospect as I was with Caufield for a very very long time
He will be the future foundation of our PP some might say the Back Bone. My best case is 2L but caufield 3 goals and lane at least 1 pts and one dangle.
What will Hutson's number be?
I hope he brings his own sticks and tape too.
Habs fan that want montreal to win vs the red wings are in the bottom of the society
Absolutely lose in regulation!!!
I love the Habs but I want the best possible draft pick.Go Red Wings.
THEY ARE ONLY 7 CANADIANS TEAM, WE SHOULD CHEER AND LOVE ALL CANADIANS TEAM, USA IS THE EVIL PEOPLE THEY HAVE THEY HAVE REST OF THEM, NOJN WONDER THE CUP NEVER COMES BACK TO CANADA, ITS UNFAIR.
Last round pick next year in my 16 man keeper league
Can we say he's going to better than P.K. Subban and Shea Weber in the distance future?
NO. Cole was the biggest hype the past 10 years at least
best scenario for the next two games is 2 OT loss's by mtl make Detroit sweat for their points and still land bellow Ottawa
I would say that Caufield's and Hutson's hype are about equal.
I hope he gets powerplay time tonight
Swap Newhook for Hutson on the PP, keep Matheson on the blue line and let the kid show us his skills!
