  1. GCN curse strikes again! Thanks guys!
Chaves is now praying that no video of his bike gets released before sunday.

  2. I see that every bike you guys touch as a problem sooner or later 🙂 In this case was lack of hands of the rider… so you are excused 😉

  3. Guys, I'm sorry to say you have to stop making any more videos involving riders or their bikes. Your curse CAN NOT BE STOPPED. poor Kruijswijk 🙁

  4. It's a pity that the extra grip afforded by the Vittoria graphite tyres didn't help compensate for poor Stevens sketchy descending skills. I'm afraid seeing him and his bike on the top step of the rostrum at the end of this years Giro has more than likely gone up in smoke.

  5. So they feature Nibali's bike and he has a mechanical the next day, they feature K's bike and the next stage we see it bounce off a snow bank into the air! 😠Curse😠

  6. Once again you jinx the man by featuring his bike. If I was leading a Grand Tour, which will never happen, I wouldn't let GCN touch my bike till the race is over. I know it wasn't the one he crash with but you put the hex on him.

  7. I think you guys gave Kruijswijk the kiss of death with this video… Doing fine until you released it 😛

  8. Poor bloke, did you get it back to him before stage 19? The one that crashed has no pink on it. P.S. Don't look at Chavez bike, kit, bus, truck, helmet or anything. Hoping he can pull off pink! #OGErocks

  9. That looks a LOT better close up than in race footage, where it looks like someone barfed on the frame.

Anyone wishing to buy me a Bianchi Oltre (hell, I'll settle for an Impulso), please feel free to message me.

  10. GCN curse comes again as Matt says "the vittoria corsa cx with graphite to help on the tricky Italian descents….. " not again 😉

  11. +GCN Nice videos, thanks! Just wanted to mention that a 'permutation' is a "reshuffling" of items. So if there's a 'combination' (a subset) of chain rings chosen for the bike, it's not a permutation :). Permutation would mean that the inside ring is outside, and the outside ring is inside :). Same for the rim dept choice. It's a combination of depths that they chose for the bike, not a permutation (permutation would imply that everyone has the same depth rims, and all we want to point out is that the deeper rim is at the back). If you want to describe that "these depths were chosen and this one is in front", a 'variation' is a good word.

It's not very important, I agree. It's just distracting and I heard Matt use 'permutation' in a wrong way in other videos too :). But as I said, permutaiton – no permutation, great videos!

  12. What happens to the unique paint job bikes that are given to Pro Riders throughout the course of season/ years? Such as Vincenzo Nibali's current custom Tarmac along with his glossy Pink Giro Tarmac? Or even Cancellara's Spartacus themed Domane? Do they keep all of them or give them back at the end of year? If they keep them can GCN do some Pro Rider Garage Tours? (Sorry such a long set of questions?) #TorqueBack

  13. Wow. When he said that the turquoise color is the color of the sky over Milan, I just about shed a tear. My next bike might have to be a Bianchi; what a great story.
