   I have no faith in Staios. He seems arrogant and doesn’t seem to know what he is doing. Just my opinion. I get the feeling they will do things on the cheap like the last owners. They have excuses for everything. Hiring people just because there is a connection. The move with Tarresanko was not great in my opinion. He talks about patients, but wasn’t patient with him. Giving him up for nothing, keeping half the salary and giving him the location he wanted too. Not great negotiation skills in my opinion.

   You have no idea what you’re talking about. Ned didn’t outplay Jarry. You read the BS articles that are get 1 in 25 things right and you regurgitate them. Ned is a backup at best. Ask the canes and Detroit. Wait Detroit after giving up a 3 rd pick paid $3.5M sent him to the AHL for the last 1/3 of the season.

   Re: Habs vs Wings: even as a Habs fan I felt bad for Wings players who were ecstatic and coming off the bench when they tied the game with 7 sec left only to fall flat moments later when they learned the Caps had won….Wings win the SO and it was like "who cares"….I don't blame Torts for anything….good on him for trying for the "W".
   Re: Habs extending MSL: good move. He has a great relationship with his players and that's key in today's NHL. Coaches need to be able to relate to players and Marty is good at it.
   Re: Pens: now we'll see just how good Dubass is as a GM & President of hockey ops. That Pens team needs a rebuild. This year was THE YEAR to take a final run at The Cup with Sid, Gino, Letang and it didn't work. It is not Sullivan's fault. He's a great coach and a players coach. They need to tear that team down and start a rebuild.

   After having time to absorb Detroit's miracle on ice as a Red Wings fan only to come up short by 1 point. It truly is a learning experience for all. I expect Detroit to be even more motivated and I guarantee Detroit will be pushing to win every game possible the following seasons to come. Every point does matter.
