Spar with Superlek at your own risk… 😬🦷 #shorts

  1. Its not superlek's fault, so there is no reason for the title to be "fight superlek at your own risk"
It should be "don't be a dumbass and wear your mouthguard".

  2. Sparing without a mouth guard is so irresponsible. The fist time I spared I nearly got my tooth nocked out by an “overly enthusiastic” much more senior fighter than me. Luckily I pushed my tooth back in place and it clicked and stuck with me to this day (not without damage to it, though, it is permanently a darker tone than it’s neighbors lol). Years later I thought 💭 about the incident and realized that it was the mistake of the instructor not recommending for me to wear a mouth guard, a fact I was somewhat oblivious to as a beginner!

  3. bro I sparred with0out a mouth guard once. Was the worst. I kept almost biting my tongue for some reason. And yea you lose teeth super easily, I didn't. But never every ever again.

i will take a mouth guard over a cup any day

  4. Brutto perdere un dente cosi , sta a vedere se era un dente fatto da poco , fosse era meglio che metteva un bel paradenti.

  5. Could've been a fake tooth in the first place. Probably be some blood and swelling if his actually tooth got knocked out and pretty sure he would've felt it.

  6. Bro that's gotta be fake, there was no blood no nothing. How casual you lot gotta be. One little kab, don't matter who you are ant nobody ripping a tooth clean out with minimum force without a single drop of blood

  7. Maybe it's good if one needs to get rid of milk teeth 😂
My son doesn't wear month guard and I'm ok with that most of the time 😅
