Matt Rempe scored the opening goal in his career first NHL Playoff game and his linemate Jimmy Vesey has a goal and an assist himself in the 4-1 win over the Capitals. Igor Shesterkin made 20 saves in the win as the Rangers look to Game 2 back in The Garden on Tuesday.
