sounds like he’s saying we’re like family to him.

God I love this guy. I wish Pettersson had even 10% of the heart he did

  3. Anyone have shots of the bench after Joshua scored the third?

This fan base has kept the same crazy levels of passion and support for this team over its 54yr history – through the good times and bad. Yes, we drive players away in bad times when we turn rabid/toxic and start picking players apart for every mistake and flaw; but oh man, when you start playing well… there’s no place you’d rather be.

I’m relieved we (myself very much included) didn’t drive JT away these past few years with our BS, but fucking hell we’re going to make up for it and more.

Cue the music, let’s fucking go!

I’m sorry I take hockey for granted.

    It’s my job.

But for you guys it’s your life.

I promise I’ll do everything to bring this city a cup.

Stand behind me and watch what I can do for you.

A lot of people forget that most players simply didn’t consider to have experienced the playoffs despite playing in the bubble. For guys like Miller, this is their first true playoff experience as a Canuck. And for others like Hughes, Petey, Demko and Boeser this is their first real playoffs.

The entrance was so epic! My only gripe was that on the CBC broadcast, David Amber was talking over the first few seconds of it.

Also, does anyone know if the entrance has been uploaded yet? I’d love to see it again (and again, and again)…

It’s a lot better than the islanders. I’ll tell you that for free!

  9. We’re so fuckin back. We waited so damn long for this

  10. If JT has redeemed himself to us fans, more importantly, we have redeemed ourselves to him.

My ears are still ringing from last night. The noise in the arena was unlike anything I’ve heard since we beat the Sharks in 2011.
