NHL Offseason Preview: Sabres to add up front and on blueline, Wild to get younger and clear cap.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another End to End Hockey video, in this video we have another offseason preview video to discuss as we are looking at the Wild and Sabres, as for the Sabres we look at why they missed the playoffs including their offense taking a hit this year and their goalie issues early on in the season were reasons they missed, we look at their Pending UFA’s, RFA’s and draft Capital for next year and we look at how they can improve to make the playoffs next year as I think adding a top 6 forward, figuring out who gets the net next year and adding a veteran top 4 D should be big priorities for the Sabres this offseason, while I think the slow start and injuries especially to their blueline cost the Wild making the playoffs, we also look at their pending UFA’s, RFA’s and draft capital and we look at how they can improve in the offseason to get back to the playoffs next year, as I think moving Middleton and/or Johansson to free up cap space, figure out their goalie tandem for next year and continue to add youth to the blueline would be good moves for the Wild to make to get their team better for next year, and I would love to hear your thoughts on all that was discussed in today’s video down in the comments section below.

  1. Something has to give, Buffalo has so many great young prospects and they can’t all play, they will have to trade a few with some picks for a two way forward who is gritty and maybe a D man like Brett Pecse.
