Jarry won't bounce back. Look at his stats. He's been getting steadily worse for the last 5 years. Graves? Not seeing much there either. Every GM has bad and good players they bring to the club. It's what the off season is for. Lose the bad players and hope to replace them with some better ones.

Honestly, if Dubas was able to move out the contracts he did last year, I’m interested to see the moves this year.
Dubas seems like an aggressive GM just from last years moves. He looks bad after this season and I really hope he moves out some that didn't pan out? He's hard to read but my hope is this off-season is he'll clean house. Great job Nick.

you guys were all excited by dubas and his management speak last year. i'm a leaf fan. i told you it's the emperors new clothes. man is a nice guy but clueless as to how to construct a hockey team.
jarry was always inconsistent. you don't sign that to 5 @5.5.
ned is a sparkplug. get him signed for 3 years at 3.5.
you need to keep one of graves, smoth, rakell but you need to know their role. they need to know their role and it has to be laid out clearly for them. this team needs an identity to be able to do that.

the pp coach should have been fired in Dec (then you would have made the playoffs)
that young finnish goalie who played for the pens out west should have been kept. he was really good. dubas let him go for nothing.

Hard hitting D that will flatten you when you cross the Pens blue line ! Clear out any one in your goal area but do put people in position that can screen the other teams goalie . EK 65 stop shooting from the blue line move in and let it rip !
