Did you talk to Georgiev?
Yes. 😏

Ever the poker player
Give Ross more minutes. Dude was a train in Game 1
With Georgiev as goaltender they will lose the series 4 -0 I dont what is going wrong with him he must have a injury that is holding him back
where can i get one of those hats??
With Georgie in net, this series is already over.
Since Aninen is still sick-or whatever…why don't we just pull the goalie from puck drop-at least ya get an extra attacker! Of course I'm kidding -but had ya done it in game 1 in hindsight-ya probably would only slightly decrease your odds. A below average ECHL goalie in the NHL playoffs isn't much better. And at least the empty net hasn't lost the trust & confidence of everyone-including itself.
Ive defended Giorgiev this yr-to a point-probably more than warranted. Some simplistic,& non nuanced fans think every goal against is only on the goalie But this has to be it tonight-last chance saloon. If he struggles early-Prospotov has to go in,& then game 3 at Ball-youd have to start literally ANYBODY but Giorgiev-whatever happens is fine. Just not fair to the team or fans to put him in again.
The fans wouldn't help matters with Giorgiev in that scenario anyways. Nor should they be expected to fake it at that point-like his teammates & coaches HAVE TO publicly.Avs made defensive mistakes-especially on goals 2,& 3…but that was so ridiculous-they deserved so much better,& there's no way at this point it doesn't affect how they play.Subconsciously it has to make a huge difference in how you play vs having a good goalie you trust…hell an actual NHL caliber goalie-which Giorgiev hasn't even been for a few weeks.
Would be great to have the questions mic'd. Can't hear anything without blasting the audio, which then makes Coach insanely loud
