I’ve seen some suggestions of sending Farabee, our first from FLA + smaller assets for a top 5 pick to go get Lindstrom/Eiserman etc. hoping we can double down on C in this years draft and get some talent to pair with our wingers
In early draft digging, I'm hoping the Flyers make a really strong push for the #1 pick. Celebrini could really alter a lot of things about this team, and is as slam dunk as it gets production wise. I'd also be fine if they could get into the top 5 and pick either Lindstrom, Parekh or Leshunov. Main point is, they need to be hyper aggressive about moving up, they have the assets to do it.
I like some of Fs who will be available at 12. Eiserman, Greentree, Lindstrom, Helenius, Iginla all are options.
Actually LOVE the idea of packaging Laughton + FLA 1st to get the 8th pick & have 8&12. Could get two legit F prospects.
I would love to see them swing for Celebrini if his comparable is a Nico Hischier. I'd offer first rounders this year and Laughton or Frost for the 1st overall. If not, then Farabee and #12.
Some mock drafts show Cayden Lindstrom falling out of the top 10. I think that's insane – but I would ABSOLUTELY take him if he fell to 12th and laugh all the way to the bank.
