Vegas is good but we'll see how good they are in a couple of years when they have to complete for talent like everyone else instead of being coddled in the expansion draft
Vegas is what great Dallas teams of the past were….big physical tough teams to play against who were defensive minded teams who generated their offense off their defense. Dallas under Pete DeBoer are a finesse offensively minded team who rely heavily on speed and skill to overwhelm their opponents. That does not pay dividends in the NHL Playoffs as is proven year in and year out. Sure high scoring teams can be successful as long as they have at least solid defense and superb goaltending. The Stars just aren't getting near enough of those things to beat Vegas and when they do get that right they lose their ability to score a lot of goals and they still end up on the short end of the hockey stick. Vegas was the worst possible draw the Stars could have had as they are across the board the absolute perfect mismatch and kryptonite for the Stars. This series is over imo no matter if the Stars can even force a game 6 or 7. They just don't have the defensive depth, size and goaltending to beat a team like Vegas. Stars are an exciting at times electrifying regular season team but not built for the post season. This is why I've said countless times during these first 2 games……Dallas is playing regular season hockey in the post season and it's proven not near enough to beat Vegas who are playing playoff hockey.

Might as well concede the Cup to Vegas now. No one especially in the Western Conference is stopping them

The only reason Vegas lost the first game was Thompson was horrific.
He let in at least 2 horrible goals.
Last night he was back to normal.
The minute I heard Stone was back – I felt from then that they could be the favorites.
We shall see.

Size matters….not rocket science
Near 100 million dollar teams should look confident and dominant.

Vegas salary cap we don't need no stinking salary cap. Guess it's easy when you cheat.
Meanwhile marner one of the highest ice times on the leafs
Great interview. Such wonderful insight.
The stars = a team full of soft chokers with a dumb coach. I still can't believe people are betting on the stars over vegas.
