I may be a biased canes fan but I feel like the home crowd in Carolina is gonna motivate the team to get the series finished in 5. And I really think the Islanders are a gutsy team and none of the wins Carolina has had have been easy. They have a lot of talent on the team and play in a way that can frustrate opponents. But I just feel like Carolina is that much deeper. Stefan Noesen is just a part of the depth Carolina has that can make a big impact in games and as long as his line can produce along with the Aho line or the line with Teravainen and Svechnikov, it'll be done in 5.
Islanders were -13 goal differential coming into the playoffs. They have no business being here let alone making a comeback.
If they win game 5, I can certainly see this going to game 7.
