This was a total COLLAPSE

Vancouver just had an unreal comeback as they scored two goals with the goalie pulled and then stole it from Nashville early in OT. That and more in today’s NHL hockey video!

  1. CAN YOU PLEASE DO A VIDEO OF SKINNER! He went crazy and no one is acknowledging him, I almost feel bad for the guy because he receives so much hate even though he is really good. Especially yesterdays game

  2. This exact scenario happened to Saros earlier this season against Dallas. They led the whole game and gave up 2 goals in the space of about 20 seconds left in the 3rd period to lose it 3-2. Not that he's solely to blame but there are times when Saros is appallingly bad under pressure. Which makes watching those "no goals" commercials with him all the more infuriating.

  3. I was at this game and I still can’t believe we won, I won’t have a voice for at least a week lol. I’ll tell my grandkids about being at this game

  4. this was way worse than the isles collapse. the missed an empty netter as well as generally outplaying the canucks most of the night, whereas the isles were hanging by a thread vs the canes who were dominating the third period before the ground finally fell out from under them

  5. All I knew was that it had ended 4 – 3 VCR. Then, watching the highlights, i of course notice it's 3 – 1 Nash with just a couple of minutes left. Then, bang, bang, bang, goodnight. Game and very likely series. A great confidence boost for these young Canucks. Not saying they are Cup champs, but…

  6. if you think the overtime goal was easy youu are sadly mistaken. It all happens in miliseconds we have the instant replay the overhead views and the back the film up views. Someone missed the assignment but its just the flow of the play and it all happens quicker then the blink of an eye. Its ridiculous how you break these plays down to make it look like you could do better. Im not a nashville fan but its pathetic the way these plays are broken down to oh yeah i wouldnt have done it that way. you probably havent even played the game at a pro level. Just the talk and analysis of an over zealous fan

  7. What are the odds of another comeback like this 1️⃣ 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ great game it was. W2G nucksheads

  8. I feel like this was more of a total collapse compared to an early lead against a better team

  9. Imagine silovs gets to take over the net for a few times and makes a name for himselfv in the NHL for playing in the playoffs and holding it down

  10. My 6yr old son was in tears when Beoser tied it up with 7 seconds left in the 3rd period.

For clarity, it’s not because he was emotionally invested in the game. He actually wasn’t even watching. He was in tears because my explosion of excitement and relief scared the absolute shit out of him! 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️

P.S. For context, that tying goal was just a fraction of a sliver shy of matching how I felt when Burrows scored the OT winner to slay the Blackhawks in 2011. MY GOD, the pent up energy was just unbelievable! 🤯

  11. This series is a battle of who can be the worst team. They both suck, and the Canucks will probably move on to the next round because the Predators did a better job of sucking than them. Of course, watch the insufferable toxic Canucks fans bragging and hooting and hollering like they won the cup and they’re the best team ever 😂😂😂 literally just Toronto last year “we won a single playoff series in the last 10 years so therefore we’re the best there ever was 🤡”.

  12. The Islanders collapse is worse. They are up 3-0 despite only having 9 shots on net. Then they get just 3 shots the rest of the game and lose 5-3. That's worse.

  13. Ugh…nobody seems to want to give Peterson any credit for the backcheck he did to force Sissons not just further down the ice so the angle was worse, but also forced him to shoot on his backhand and extended.

  14. Lets give a little credit to the Canucks. The talent that exists throughout the Vancouver line-up have convinced me that underperforming seems to me to be a Vancouver tradition. I suspect the 'Rick tockket' system works to a certain level but restricts individual talent. Pettersson, et al. JMO, though.

  15. Wondering if ECK will do a clip on the Jamie Benn hit on McNabb last night?

After all, ECK was crying the loudest when Benn hit Stone last year.

Last night was a textbook example of how to respond with a clean monster hit after your rookie gets wiped out first.

    100 percent clean and HUGE.

Let's go ECK, time for you to do a POSITIVE clip about Jamie Benn. You'll have to swallow your pride a little bit, but it's the right thing to do!

  16. After the gutless celebration with the purposeful dumping of Pettersen…… Forever Trashville !…. Looks good on them, as Canucks will send them back to the swamp to play golf in game 5

  17. This was a worse collapse than the Isles. No one believed the Islanders would win that series. And they won't.
Going in, I didn't have the same feeling about Nashville, even more so with the Vancouver goalie situation.

  18. I’d say the islanders collapse, they weren’t expected to win that game beforehand, but had the lead and lost in REGULATION. The Nashville collapse was also insane as this is one of the more even series. But in the end. The Islanders collapse was shameful.

  19. Beauty of a game. Love silencing those Predophiles fans! Someone should really tell them to change their colour scheme because that arena seriously looks like a grungy toilet bowl that’s been left to mellow for decades… YUCK!

  20. Give Petey some credit on pressuring Sissons and forcing the shot on the net. If Petey gave up on the backcheck and left it to Hughes to defend that solo, the chances of it going in would've skyrocketed… But yeah, Boeser willed the team on his back and the team responded by snatching victory from Nashville… By all means, Nashville should've taken that, but they didn't and you've gotta credit this Canucks team for not giving up on the game despite good sense saying it should be over.

  21. Not even their first late game collapse this season.

It's crazy. As much as I'm glad the Canucks have a chance to move forward this series could have easily been 3-1 the other way.

  22. 0:37 The smart play was to saucer a pass over to his linemate who would've had a wide open net ten feet ahead of him instead of a tight angle backhand shot….

  23. Big news like this you just can’t cover it so long after the fact.
Cause every one of your competitors has already long posted a video on it and we have all already seen it,
So I will never watch this video because I have already seen 5 different takes on it…

Just some advise, hope it helps you grow your channel.

  24. Hockey is the truest game of the horse and rider type.
There must be the metality of the rider, but the enormous strength of the horse. A glorious blend of brain and body.
Adrenaline is the juice, comfort is the enemy. The power shifts can be so extreme, and are so defined by this combination.
A 2 goal lead gives false comfort. A collapse and defend structure can fail. Drive and determination usually wins. Playing safe results in errors and failure.
Just look at that man all alone in the slot. One playing with a will, one playing in fear.

  25. Title isn't dramatic enough Eck. Video title should be 'OMG the WORLD almost COLLAPSED causing the near end of CIVOLIZATION after this game!'

  26. I think the Preds had the worse collapse. As much as the Isles fell apart, at least a good chunk of that was due to the Canes playing out of their minds on home ice and completely taking over the game. The Preds on the other hand had the chance to ice the game with an empty netter on home ice and missed.
