We couldn't have found a better goalie in the worst of time. He has come through strong and, in my opinion, performs under pressure better than Hart. Can't wait to see what 24-25 brings. Awesome season Sam!
He’s come such a long way since some of his first NHL games a few years back. I remember when I first saw him and was so skeptical, but he’s really showed he’s an NHL goalie. Great season Sam, can’t wait to see what you do next season!
Sam Ersson should be the face of the Flyers. He's a very good goalie that's only going to get better in the future. The Flyers are in a very good place in the goaltending department with Ersson as Goalie 1 and Fedotov as Goalie 2. The Flyers need to concentrate on acquiring goal scorers, very like what the Phillies did by acquiring hitters. The Flyers are very sparse on their offensive front, even though they have several good young players on the current roster and within their farm system, including Michkov in Russia.

It really sucks that this guy had to play over 50 games as a rookie! He played well overall for us this season. He's earned the #1 spot.
