  1. I’m sure this will have a measured, fair response to Elias Pettersson.

Long flight and time to dwell on missed chances. Let’s all get on our knees and pray the hockey gods help 40 find his or and game!!!!

Have to say watching the intermission and Elliot Friedman said that Nashville is going to get a power play in the 3rd to make up for a missed is why the NHL is bush league

JT so honest with assessment of the game.

    – Refs are allergic to their whistles
    – Petey has been an absolute pylon this whole series
    – Hughes needs to learn to clear his fucking net and not screen his own goalie
    – Hughes needs to stop falling over and bobbling the puck in his own zone
    – Tocchet should have challenged that goal; it was worth the risk of a minor penalty
    – Zadorov… SMASH

its my fault – gave my kids a 1994 playoff towel to wave during the game, I think it has unleashed some kind of curse. I have put it back in my keep sake box, in hopes to stop the curse from spreading.

I think people are getting ahead of themselves talking about shots and goals.

We need to take the puck across the blue line much more consistently. Also, even if we disregard the empty net fumbles, the passes in the offensive zone has been so wobbly and easily checkable. I’m not expecting Sedin era cycling but tonight’s puck handling is not playoff quality.

Zadorov is now part of this core. Silovs is like a Saiyan he gets better every battle. Miller/Brock and the “third line” are carrying this team.

Pettersson and Hoglander need another winger, maybe its Podkolzin. Makes sense to me.
