Regrettably, I'm going to say the Rangers will win this series in 6. Rangers seem really, really strong, and the Canes were not impressive in round one, not impressive enough to give me hope they can step up to a huge challenge at any rate. I hope I'm wrong. Rod and the rest of the Canes have worked so hard these past several years and I want to see them get a cup. It's shame about Fast and Pesce. Seems like every year we have to go into the playoffs without being at full strength. At least the x-rays for TDA were apparently negative, so he'll be available at some point. I think the Canes CAN win the series, but they will have to learn from the Florida series last year and not take a single shift off, and also to adapt.
