  1. Canucks are getting ripped off on the penalties… they have a six power play deficit in this series now… c'mon, it should be more even that.

  2. 13:30 It should have been a penalty because it was not, in fact, a follow through. It is only a follow through if you move the puck with your stick. He missed the puck, so he essentially just swung his stick and high sticked the guy.

However, I loathe the concept of "make-up calls." Get it right the first time, otherwise you risk alienating viewers who are trying to understand the game. If a call is missed, it is easy to say "the refs are human, they missed that one." But when they start calling things incorrectly to make up for thier mistakes, they start throwing games, and fans stop caring because the sport makes no fkn sense.

  3. Too many people are blaming the refs. The canucks are 2/13 on the PP. 0/2 last night. The offense and lack of depth is non existent and thats the main issue.

  4. The problem to me is simple, EP stinks!! Total liability right now, no scoring. I would rather see Podz. At least he has a physical presence. EP Suuuuuucks

  5. quinn getting rid of the puck quicker now which is exactly what brunnette wants. canucks have to get on josi and forsberg more. hit them every chance they get. if it gets down to choosing between zadorov and hronek it's a no brainer IMO. hronek 6.0 – 6.5 or see ya later.

  6. Nashville has no problems blocking shots and absorbing the pressure because the canucks are not doing anything creative to break that.
