if he gonna show up now would be a good time

This dude ain’t gonna show up. Only 1 goal in the last 18 games. We all keep hoping he’ll step up in the next game, but he keeps disappointing us. I really want him to succeed, but his play doesn’t show he’s gonna dominate like a top 5 player in the league (FYI, he’s the 5th highest-paid player next year with his new contract). I might sound negative, but i had enough copium.

Damn no one thinks he’s gunna step up? oof.

While he’s not going to be the driving force behind game 6, it would be nice to see him sneak in the game-winning goal just to silence the haters.

I’m with you, he’s going to kick his own ass into the fight, he’s a quiet competitor and he’s just in a slump. We all know what he can do if he finds his mojo again. Let’s do it!

The Swedish prince is going to finish off with a goal and an assist. The goal is coming in the 2nd period off a neutral zone breakdown, allowing him to snake in and put home a blocker side rebound. Myers will be on the ice when this happens. This will be early in the 2nd period. I know this will happen. No idea when the assist will occur tho.

    Not happening. Consider:

This series – 0 even strength points, 0 primary assists

Last 30 games – 1 even strength goal

  10. This prediction comes up every game. One of these have to be right one day (I hope)

I’m convinced he’s been playing through a fairly significant injury, literally nothing else makes sense. There’s no reason why since mid Feb he went from consistently multi point games to under a point per game.

Love Petey but I just think this matchup is a nightmare for him. Plus he might be playing through something. He’s had plenty of Grade A scoring chances and has nothing to show for it except for some helpers. I’m hoping we get by Nashville and he gets going in round 2. I want to see Hoglander score!
