Technically he does have another tournament to look forward to, the AHL playoffs with the Griffins which is where he'll definitely be playing if Portland finishes up and the Griffins are still going. The Red Wings do already have him under contract.
Danielson looks like a playmaking machine in the WHL. I wonder how well this will translate to Grand Rapids (when eligible) or Detroit (if he somehow makes the team out of camp — doubtful).
With the way the league lets teams injure him, Larkin’s career is being shortened at 2x speed.
He won’t be here on the top line when this pool of prospects are ready to try to play in the show.
