Hot take here (or maybe not?), I still really like our arena and think a brand new one is completely unnecessary. I hope this is the first step of a long term plan. The bones are decent, just need an upgrade to the concourses and new seats, preferably at a slightly lower capacity to increase the comfort/seat size a bit.
If done right, it would be just fine.

TPO roof-over, exhilarating stuff. I’m curious whether they went with Firestone or some off-brand. Fully adhered or a mechanically fastened system? Wonder if they got the 30-year warranty, and if that’s even offered with a roof-over job. Wait, where am I, I thought this was the roofing subreddit? How’d I get here?
Anyways, wonder if we’ll win a cup before this roof needs replacing again? 🤷🏻♂️
