Im… crushed. I know beating Vegas 4 straight was unlikely but… man that might have been it.
I swear this series has lasted a month
Its an absolute crime to hockey that this series is in the first round. I've loved watching this series, even though its both of my teams playing. I wish both could win, but i sure hope whoever does makes a deep run. These are two badass teams!
I do mot see any of these teams stand a chance against AVS offense.
The Stars have not scored a goal since the 16:32 mark in the 2nd period of Game 5. Yeah… that's a problem. Wyatt Johnston and Logan Stankoven can't be your only forwards who show up in every game. Where's Hintz, Pavelski, Benn, Seguin and Duchene? Come on. You can't be passengers in this series. Oettinger deserved a better fate.
Kudos to Vegas, but I am hoping Dallas takes Game 7. They are so close to greatness.

Looking at the highlight videos of the game, a lot of the comments are of course complaints about Vegas, which completely overlooks how tightly played and exciting this series is.

The stars on the ropes. Dallas zero shots in last 7 minutes. Last time vegas defended like this dallas lost game 1 and 2. I wouldn't be surprised if vegas wins game 7.

I was joking about how I wanted Ryan Suter to get the game winning goal, and watching Hanifin's shot go in off his shin felt like the monkey's whole paw clenched into a fist and socked me in the gut
This was my first hockey game ever. Everyone in the comments is saying how exciting it was. Why did it feel insanely boring to me?
What do I think? I think it took the entire drive back from the game to get my heart rate back to normal.

I don't think Vegas has played close to the level they played last year. Like Shannon said,Hill was good, not great and he's right. This was the first time Vegas even resembled last years team. As a Vegas fan they must play like they did in 3rd if they want to move on.
VGK had some serious positive energy going. It's should still be fantastic game 7, maybe even highlight of the playoffs!
Stars got my respect. This has been a battle. Hopefully my Knights can pull off game 7 in enemy territory

Suter is worthless. If a missed assignment, it's Suter. If it's a bad penalty, it's Suter. Bad pass, it's Suter. Someone let's a man loose, it's Suter. Fails to clear the crease, it's Suter. I hope ownership realizes what a liability Suter is.
This series reminds me of Bruins vs Habs 2011 series. First 4 games road team wins then games 5 & 6 home team wins, now who wins game 7???
