Terrible stoppage
Why did the ref stop the fight so soon? 🤔
You don't know boxing if you think that was an early stoppage. Ortiz threw 12-13 punches before it was stopped, ol boy threw nothing, just had his guard up. Ortiz pound for pound is the strongest puncher in boxing. When you get hit by that many consecutive punches even if some didn't land, and you don't retaliate, just turtle up?, that's technically not being able to defend yourself intelligently. The body and mind said don't do anything just sit here. And he was rocked about 30 secs before that, guarantee still dizzy. And look at Weeks hugging him at the end. Dude just sittin there not arguing or tryna push him off lol great stoppage. Any longer, dude coulda taken serious damage
