Ryan Reaves hit on Brandon Carlo – Tough Call Review
There’s some hits that should be easy calls to me, but I’ve found there’s literally no hit that everyone will ever agree on. I just thought this would be closer to an obvious call than others instead of no call at all.

It wasn't called because it wasn't from behind.
Unlike amateur hockey the NHL is an entertainment product. If refs called all this players would stop playing physical because of the power plays. No hitting is not fun to watch and pay 200 bucks a seat for. Reason they give NHLrefs discretion on these hits.
