There are lots of available resources on how to prepare healthy affordable meals which don't take a lot of work. Also, if you have the living space, setting up your own little gym area is super convenient. You can likely find second hand workout equipment fairly cheap.

100% tax paid healthcare like we have in scandinavia, would bring your country a long way. Then next, 100% tax paid education like we have, would be a next step. Having people being treatet for anything for "free" and having anyone being able to take an education no matter economy status, is simply the best way there is.. Educationwise, imagine how much of your talent pool you waste, because they cant afford to go.. Here an alcoholics son/daughter can go be a doctor or lawyer etc, totally free tax paid, it only requres the person to have the grades and skills to do it, not money.
