Both teams are fantastic The best team won LSU We're not playing the best Game. I personally felt that way the first 3 minutes of the game. I could tell they just was Rushing and not As focus at they should be on slowing down the Pace of the game for themselves like the coach said, as they played at Iowas pace That was their reason for the loss. That was really the reason why they lost and Caitlyn is the Larry Bird of women's basketball. She's fantastic. All of those young ladies are fantastic basketball players on both teams. I understand the importance of the national anthem and I'm quite sure that all attendees of sports game are aware of it. But for some reason I can believe that LSU wasn't paying attention just like they wasn't focused. Those first 3 to 5 minutes in a game and I could tell that they were gonna lose. I told a friend of mine that they're gonna lose the first 3 to 5 minutes. I said they're gonna lose. They're not, I believe that they do have a ritual where they come out and they go back in to the locker room and don't pay attention to what the hell's going on. Cause you're so focused on the game Not good because everyone should be out there for the Nancy national anthem. But I understand being so distracted that you're not thinking and that you're just going through. The motions that you usually go through. I'm quite sure that if someone would have made them aware of. A couple of games before other than just let it be something that they didn't do and people now bring it up should have brought it up before to make them aware of it. Because you can get side tracked and not focus on a lot of things. When you're trying to win a championship, you're in the play offs. You know? The season is going on and you're trying to win and I notice some middle same light. How can you forget the anthem? But believe me. I have forgotten that I've had my glasses on my face and I'm looking for my glasses.
Kate might be decent sure…but I can tell you this… them refs was NOT calling the same calls on Kate as they were on LSU….They let a lot slide with Kate….we'll see how the refs do against UCONN two white teams….IJS
Number 11 played like she was on Iowa team versus LSU…She kept giving Kate the ball, shooting bricks and turning the ball over……..maybe they best friends behind the cameras. But she played like they were best friends during the game…..
They got Humbled! If LSU would have won, their attitude would have been 100% different, & more trash talk. No sympathy for Angel, she acted like a child last year, & she paid for it. I like how they talked normal, until it was time to defend Angel, then the gangster talk came out. Go Iowa. Caitlin Clark, has always had class & knew how to represent her school & Women’s basketball. If these 3 showed that, maybe we’d care more. All will go the the WNBA, but they won’t be playing in front of big crowds anymore. Oh, & let me add LSU, walking off during the anthem, disgraceful, unacceptable & you should be embarrassed of the shameful act. You don’t like what your country has done for you…ask Brittney Griner how Russia is.
We arent haters. We dislike people who pull hair, throw elbows, dont recieve a foul, then cry when they lose. We dislike when a coach sits up there and lies to our face. Thats all. Ill say it again, not one time did you see a replay of an iowa foul. Not last year, not this year. Officials determine who wins. Pretty obvious
I feel people criticising Angel Reese over "having been through so much" at the 7:25 question (with answer at 7:43) fail to understand Angel's emotive reaction to her teammates's praises from 3:30 to 5:10 and those scheming commentators don't play the entire answer up to 8:35 where she indeed took it on the chin and moved on.
We can clearly see how those superwomen showed class and gratitude all over this interview, especially when they wrap up on the impact of the game at 9:20.
What drama queens, you want to be taken seriously and start making money that the men players make?, then stop acting like the world cant criticize you. Its a sport and u are making millions now, criticism and being judged on every little thing is part of the bargain, theres no crying in basketball.
