Bring on the Oilers and remember…

Enjoying the run and may this round be entertaining, love being the underdog, and just appreciate playoff hockey after so long.

This is what I’ve been saying.

We’re not the ones who said Cup or Bust.

We said, everything has to go right for us to make the playoffs.

And it is going even better than that.

Ohhhhh but I’m hoping for bust.

there’s absolutely no pressure for us to beat them or go far! let’s enjoy however many games we have left!

Meh, no excuses. We are going into this battle as the underdog, and no one in that dressing room is going to be satisfied with anything but a series win. The same goes for me. This team has the character and confidence to overcome this challenge because in order to win the Stanley this season, we are going to have to go through the Oilers!

    Believe

It’s almost as if we swept them in 4 games this year with large margins and suddenly we’re expected to be dominated by them.

Oh wait it’s exactly how it is.

I’m not worried about it. I’m not worried about any of this. I’ve seen worse shit on the local news!

The Canucks have been proving everybody wrong the entire year. Why stop now. Teams saying Cup or Bust are arrogant assholes. Just my opinion and it’s kinda bad luck. We all know the Oilers is a really good team and we all knew they would bounce back from their slow start. The Canucks on the other hand is taking everything game by game. Focusing on what’s in front of them. Silovs got to be very positional and be able to move fast post to post. This series will be fun to watch.

Obviously I’m happy about the Canucks season no matter how it ends. But I’ll still be a little disappointed if we lose, especially to the Oilers

Sometimes, championship windows aren’t as long as they seem to be. The Devils looked poised for long term success, and look where they are. We may look back on at this and say that this was our best chance at a Stanley cup win
