  1. I mean it’s not the best penalty you’ll see… the break the guy was possibly on probably had a conversion chance of less than 20%, so a powerplay is actually a bad thing to give the opponent if you look at the odds

  2. It is one reason why Hockey is a broken sport, in any other sport there is no such thing than taking a 'good penalty'

  3. No such thing as a smart penalty, especially something like this, you can make the argument that a smart penalty is to defend your teammates but even that gets you nowhere in retrospect, just ask Todd Bertuzzi…

  4. This isn’t smart lmao. Tkachuk was NOT going to get to that puck anyway, regardless of what Petry did

  5. The puck was dumped and in my opinion brady was too far to beat the defense who turned quickly and Allen coming out of net to reach it, but the trip was just before the puck was passed and if it were a good pass would've definitely been worth it but since it was before the pass it's kinda a 50/50 chance you take

  6. Always hated the Tkachuk family. Especially Matthew on the Knights in 2016 when they won the Memorial. Such a goon.
