The Philadelphia Flyers did not win the draft lottery last night, and in fact no team moved out of their standings-allotted slot, with the San Jose Sharks maintaining the #1 pick and the right the draft Macklin Celebrini. Certainly, it would have been nice to win the lottery, but Philly is in position to draft a good player.
