I know I'm bumping an old video here but I hage his insistence against debate as a useful tool and disabling replies on his posts. He's the worst kind of fitness poster, IMO. Dogmatic, refuses to allow his point of view be challenged.

Found this video after he just blocked me today for disagreeing reasonably with an IG post of his. Never paid much attention to him but seeing he's this way a lot lol
