  1. If you were watching basketball instead of hockey last night. You need to get your life together lol

  2. Grew up playing hockey and to this day i can't watch a single game of regular season hockey but the second those playoffs come around im glued to the TV every night especially when you get two crazy series on the same night with rangers hurricanes and avs stars

  3. There is nothing like playoff hockey, period. Totally open throttle, totally true, wide-open unrestricted competitiveness.

  4. I'll make this easy to end an easy debate. If the Rangers win the cup it will be a really nice parade down the city. If the Knicks win the city will burn down. Not to mention many cities along the east coast.

  5. I don't have any local hockey team to root for, so NHL is basically something I only hear about because it's been pushed more in sports media over the past few years. But I can imagine if I did live in a local team's market, it'd be fun. The atmosphere from stuff I see in Jomboy breakdowns makes it look like it'd be a blast to have a team to root for.

  6. The Garden would be a lot better if David Soloman and the rest of the Wall Street billionaires club sitting courtside actually cheered once in a while instead of checking their phones for three hours.

  7. I bet this segment wouldn't even exist today if the Canes had somehow pulled out the W last night. But since the Rangers won, it's gonna get covered on every sports platform in existence.

  8. Darn near as entertaining as the final game of the 2024 Minnesota State High School Boys AA Hockey Tournament… almost… [Sigh] That time of year when the North hates the Metro, the Metro hates the private schools, and EVERYONE hates Edina ( ee-DYNE-ah ).

  9. Well technically for some stupid reason having to do with analytics and a media wanting the rangers to lose, are underdogs to the canes

  10. Hockey is the best sport really. Toughest dudes in sports. Most dramatic playoffs. Stanley Cup is by FAR the best trophy. and on, and on, and on…

  11. In overtime in hockey, no such thing as a bad shot on net; anything can go in and fans' nerves get shredded with every shot; magnificent.

  12. Playoff hockey is very exciting! Hockey players are a whole different breed, and all those guys think about is winning

  13. ESPN helped create the narrative that no one cares about hockey and its unfortunate how many fans believed it. Best playoffs BY FAR

  14. I appreciate them talking about hockey, I just wish it didn't sound like they were struggling so much. Guess they just have to do it more often.
