I hope coach dosen't put Marat on the 4th line. He needs top 9 minutes if he's really that skilled and fast.
Well see if he can give wild a jump especially when the top line isn't elite like yesterday.

Seems to me Billy G telling Yurov he can wait another year (he’s obviously ready now) is more Bill not wanting to address the mess he made with the NMCs to unskilled vets.
He clogged up the path to the NHL for a lot of bright prospects and that’s a damning thing when you got a record breaking 20 year old future star wanting to play for you.
Fans will revolt if Gaudreau, Hartman, Foligno etc are going to delay prospects that should be here now, especially if we’re missing playoffs as well
At least 3 vets need to go. For pennies on the dollar if necessary
Khusnutz – Rossi – Zucc. See how good the dwarf line is lol Just keep them away from checking lines i guess 🙂 See if we got a skilled 2nd line there. The Zukhussi line. Cycling the offensive zone like a whirlpool/Jacuzzi
Part of me thinks they'll send down either Letteri or Luccini, They'll send down Shaw maybe, or they send him to des moines for a bit before bringing him up but that last one seems unlikely

Im excited for the new signing. I think he will fit right in with his play style and hopefully he edges on stardom and blossoms later on.
A playoff run is questionable. This weekend really is as do or die as it gets with our direct wild card foes and so few points of separation. But then again at this point thats nearly every matchup lol. Good show!
People also need to remember that Khusnutdinov is young but he has his own family and children that he will need to get situated as well. It may take a week or two, even though I want to see him immediately.

Rossi is not hitting a wall, the guy is flying all over the place w no Finishers on his line, the Coach is just outthinking the obvious and changing lines on some kind of idiotic Hope that the do nothing cardio kids will be sparked to life. The casualty of this situation is Rossi and his ice time with talent like Zucci. It’s a desperation reach by Hynes to find secondary scoring by Vets
Every game at this point is a must win if the playoffs are the narrative.
Commit to the bit! Break out the lab coat, glasses, your favorite Frasier lines, etc.
I hope they give Marat meaningful minutes, but they're already prepping us to not get too high about it.

37 minutes in and I finally find out Khusnutdinov is a Center.
Tanev now a Dallas Star. I don't think it's a coincidence that the Avs, Stars, Nucks are all stacking their rosters. every one of these trades that weakens the Wild in the post-season, I also view and count as a sort of "invisible" loss. the noose tightens IMO.
I also just had another thought…apparently Vatrano out in Ducks territory is being shopped. He's a Mass kid, like Boldy…the B's are chomping at the bit to acquire him. What if the Wild landed Vatrano? he has a clean contract thru next season @ $3.65M AAV. this dude is blossoming into a stud, and would add some major scoring depth to our middle 6. although, he's already 29, but man would it be a massive upgrade to the JoJo's and Freddy G's of the world. I wonder if either of those guys enjoy the beach?
Could be a nice replacement for Zuccy, as well, once he retires.
I won't follow the Wild anymore until the Parise and Suter money is off the books completely 100 per cent ..Because I just don't think they can compete like normal franchises until that's gone …..
One more year of the Parise/Suter tsunami, let's start bringing more of these guys along……NOW!!! Maybe we can move off a couple other guys, finally, soon. ( Gologoski, Gaudreaux, Hartman, sadly Spurgeon). I feel like the team waits too long, like the Vikes, on moving off older players that have plateaued.
